The Costa del Sol at the Ricoh Women’s British Open
Invited by Turismo Andaluz, the Costa del Sol Tourist Board has for the first time been present in the Ricoh Women’s British Open. The tournament was held at Royal Lytham & St Annes, one of the most traditional golf clubs in the UK. |

The Costa del Sol Tourist Board has carried out an online marketing campaign in the Swedish market, aimed at strengthening the Costa del Sol’s position as a travel destination and encouraging the sale of Costa del Sol-related products for the holiday season 2009. |

El Torcal’s Tornillo (1,953m) was designated as a Natural Monument in 2001. It is usually used as the symbol of El Torcal Nature Park in Antequera because of its unusual shape, resembling a screw (hence the name). On the whole, El Torcal looks like a greyish stone city. |
