World Travel Market

A few days ago, the 27th World Travel Market (WTM) –a must-attend for international travel professionals around the world– took place in London. This year, the fair was visited by 47,544 people, i.e. 13% more (11,369) than in its previous edition. Also, there were 4% more exhibitors (3,165) this year.

3rd EXPO Hispa-Maroc at Málaga Exhibition and Conference Hall

From 6 to 10 December, Málaga’s Exhibition and Conference Hall will be an old Arab quarter, which can be visited without crossing the Mediterranean pond. The doors of Pavilion 1 in the city’s expo centre will lead into an Arab market.

Hotel occupancy rates in Málaga City and Province – September 2006

In September 2006, 464,466 travellers stayed in accommodation facilities on the Costa del Sol. This is 11.81% more than in September 2005, when the region’s hotels accommodated 415,424 guests.
