The Costa del Sol Tourist Board has sponsored the opening dinner of the golf tournament organised by German newspaper “Süddeutsche Zeitung” on an annual basis, inviting the best customers to participate and planning the event to take place in a different location every year. This time, the tournament was held at the Atalaya golf course, while the opening dinner was in Estepona. |

Old Citadel and Lovers’ Rock (Peñón de los Enamorados)
The first parts of the Old Citadel or “Alcazaba” of Antequera were built in the 11th century, but most of the walls and the two remaining towers were raised three centuries later. The main tower is called “Torre del Homenaje” ( Homage Tower). |
